Registration is done through HelloAsso

HelloAsso is a platform dedicated to associations which is paid by asking a voluntary contribution from the users of the service (you decide the amount from 0 to xx €). The helloasso site is secure.

Registration procedure (registrations are closed)

Go to inscriptionsHelloasso: you are then connected to the dedicated HelloAsso page.
The registration process takes place in four steps.

1st step: Choice of tickets, select the number of tickets (1 per registration)

Step 2: Participants, fill in the requested details and check the boxes of the following options:

- one of the 5 tours on Wednesday afternoon

- lunch-buffet on Wednesday and/or Thursday (offered by the Faculty of Sciences / PhITEM - UGA)

- scientific and theatrical conference on Wednesday at the end of the day

Step 3: Contact details, there is nothing to pay but you have to confirm the contact details.

Step 4: Summary, you can access your "ticket" and you will receive a summary of your registration by email.
